Christmas Party in our kindergarten

"Christmas time is coming" in St. Charles kindergarten. You really could feel this when our little kids performed wonderful songs, plays and dances on our the stage in the last days before the Christmas holidays. The parents, teachers and Borromean Sisters who were guests in our theater hall enjoyed the Christmas presentation. Our kids showed the whole spectrum around the feast of Christ´s birth: they were dressed in Christmas clothes or in traditional Palestine dresses. The song "O Tannenbaum", "O christmas tree" sounded in Arabic, English and German language, the bells were ringing with "klingeling", snowflakes were dancing, the presents jumped through the chimney into the fireplace and also a snowman and snowflakes were our guests in these two days before Christmas.
And our kids from Tamhidi-preschool class told a special story on stage about the four candles on the advent wreath. The candles lost their fire and got new light before Christmas from the match of hope. Thanks be to God for Jesus, the light of Christmas!
